Dr Riyaz Quereshi

Dr Riyaz Quereshi is the founder and Clinical Director of Tru Smile Multi Specialty Dental Clinic in Jogeshwari West, Mumbai. With over 17 years of full-time clinical practice focused on conservative, evidence-based dentistry, he has built a reputation for treating complex endodontic and implant cases with calm, precise execution.
Since opening Tru Smile in 2008, Dr Riyaz has personally performed more than 5,000 complex endodontic procedures and over 300 implant surgeries — figures that reflect both the depth of his clinical experience and the trust patients across Mumbai's western suburbs have placed in his care. His patients range from anxious first-timers to multi-generational families who have followed him through more than a decade and a half of practice.
A graduate of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, Dr Riyaz combines hands-on clinical work with a serious commitment to the future of dentistry. He is the founder and architect of SureDataPro, a cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) and clinical-decision-support platform now used by multiple private dental practices in Mumbai. He has also completed Johns Hopkins University's specialization in Health Informatics, integrating modern data standards (SNOMED CT, FHIR) into his everyday clinical workflow.

Beyond his work at Tru Smile, Dr Riyaz serves as a trusted clinical and technology advisor to several established Mumbai dental practices, including Dr Panwelkar's Dental Hub in Bandra (West) and Arfat Dental Center in Bhiwandi — where he has been engaged as the external Chief Information Officer since 2024, leading their EHR deployment, queue-management workflow design, and IT infrastructure consulting. He has also worked closely with Dentique Cosmetic & Family Dental Clinic in Mumbai Central on multi-visit endodontic workflow design and clinical-data migration.
