SureMedico is a closed network limited to licensed medical professionals aged 18 or over practising in India. By creating an account you confirm:
SureMedico reserves the right to deny or revoke access where verification fails or these conditions are not met.
Every account undergoes manual review of registration documents before features unlock. Review usually takes 1–3 business days. Until then, no features are accessible. Misrepresenting your registration may lead to permanent ban and, in serious cases, referral to the relevant medical council.
SureMedico provides a private network for verified doctors to:
SureMedico is a connector. We do not provide diagnostic recommendations, treatment plans, drug-interaction guidance, or any clinical decision support.
The SOS button broadcasts a high-priority push notification to nearby verified doctors. It is a peer-assistance tool and is not a replacement for emergency services (108 in India, 911 internationally), the local police, or the local hospital. Always call statutory emergency services first when life is at risk. Doctors who respond do so voluntarily; SureMedico does not guarantee a response.
SureMedico is for doctor-to-doctor use. It is not a system of record for patients and must not be used to store, transmit, or process protected health information (PHI). If you discuss clinical cases inside circles, ensure they are fully de-identified.
Information shared by other doctors inside SureMedico (clinical opinions, vendor reviews, marketplace listings) is provided peer-to-peer and is not endorsed, verified, or warranted by SureMedico. You are responsible for clinical judgement, regulatory compliance, and any decision arising from such information.
Brownie Points are a non-monetary recognition signal. They have no cash value, are not transferable, cannot be redeemed for goods or services, and may be reset or recalibrated by SureMedico at any time without compensation.
You retain ownership of content you post (circle posts, comments, marketplace photos, vendor reviews). By posting, you grant SureMedico a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content to other verified SureMedico users and to remove it where it violates these Terms.
SureMedico may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms, for revoked medical registration, or for sustained inactivity. You may delete your account at any time by emailing suremedicomail@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
SureMedico is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SureMedico, its operators, and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of practice, loss of revenue, or harm arising from clinical decisions, SOS responses, equipment co-purchase disputes, or content posted by other users. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed ₹1,000.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We may update these Terms. The Last updated date will change, and material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect. Continuing to use SureMedico after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If you disagree, you may delete your account.
For complaints under these Terms, email us with the word Terms in the subject line. We acknowledge within 7 days.
